Gee I wonder why the government should try and support such “crazy” ideas from a company with permits already granted from them….
Not to mention the partner in HCH subsidiary company being CMP which is an owned by Mitsubishi and CAP already run desalination plants….. Hmmm makes you wonder where did CE really get this “crazy” idea from?
