Definitely not "Fairly Valued" I do agree with BK that management panicked when the 350 million dollar offer was made. A few quick calculations puts CE'S expenditure of Costa Fuego at about 290 million give or take to get us this far so management are actually selling 20% at nearly half cost. If that's not panic I'm not sure what is?
I think the market is pretty much over the story telling the innuendo the Chinese whispers the broken promises the missed opportunities the corporate backslapping the institutional discounts and the lifestyle nature that HCH has become. And the market belief is actually gone from the company including management. People will only buy when they believe and atm the believers are in the minority. Sadly.
