I don’t doubt any of that but we have had the same mc for almost 10 years. A lot has gone on over that time I know but people aren’t all of a sudden not buying the story. I agree that something definitely needs to change for sentiment to change and people to start buying in but I think we should have been well north of where we are a long time ago.
