As CE ( and others?) has just attended the RR symposium (again)...

As CE ( and others?) has just attended the RR symposium (again) I wonder if he has managed to convince him that its as red hot an opportunity as we are all lead to believe. RR seems to pour water on the project ( no pun intended) unless we find a high grade starter saying that the grade is too low. CE’s actions of buying up every bit of land could be demonstrating he think he's right and are desperate to find it. Now hopefully thats not the reason and its just CE copying the Twiggy success of buying any local land containing the material thats going to take off in the future. As a holder ( we believe) why is’nt RR more positive?. Having said that the way he pronounces Chileeee doesn't exactly ooze brilliance for me!
