LOL, HCH will not know if it is Arthur or Martha if it keeps stopping and starting the development of Costa Fuego on the movements of the Copper price every couple of months. But this is how it looks like this company is run: stop/start/stop/start/stop/start. Next we will probably hear CE say in an interview that the Copper price is turning south now so we have to again put HCH into Neutral/Reverse when it didn't even get out of 1st gear. Every time the company goes into Neutral you have 10 geos getting paid to sit around and doing nothing all day.
