I believe CE and other CEOs wrote their segment and submitted it to Blockhead for inclusion.
It smacked of CE's language and turn of phrase. "Treasury" "Foot on the accelerator" etc etc.
IMO the phrase was deliberately included so the excuses can be made later "I told you guys it may be early next year"
PFS will be next year February or later mark my words.
