The PEA was calculated at a reasonable $3.85. Like gold, silver, wheat, corn, oats and barley. Copper will always be worth something and never go to zero. It doesn't matter if China crashes there's still 2 billion people on earth that don't have access to electricity. HCH just need to get on with it.
