There's a reason HCH is 78 cents, $120mc...
My money's on the market marking down HCH believing it's way out of its depth with Huasco. Given what CE said in the recent RR Symposium about water 'which was a huge commitment that's cost an extraordinary amount of time'----it could go sour and put the entire Cu project at risk, or at least leave HCH extremely vulnerable.
They could also get 3/5ths of 5/8ths of bugger all for it... after all it's only worth what someone's prepared to pay.
A bold move!
