CE reckons they've done over 30 deals to get where they are, permitting n' stuff, 8 years for maritime process to extract water, partnering with govt and stakeholders, transmission lines, pipeline and so on, he laboured the point that it's a long and arduous process... I've no doubt the process could be sped up because HCH probably weren't in a hurry, they make it sound as if the water business opportunity fell into their lap. CE also suggested there's processes that 'are immovable' they'll take as long as it takes.

I'm certain they're now going to go hard at it but it's got to be a whole new ball game, who's going to be front and centre?
