it isn't about a top 5. At the end of the day in 14 years CE hasn't been able to convince the market that he has a project/business of great value. We see it time and time again every 18 months he rolls out the discounts and dilutes shareholders. His next move will be more offtake agreements and again it won't benefit the retail shareholders. The market cap of the company has gone from a low of 7 million to currently 130million roughly an 18x increase but most shareholders investments have lost value. Says allot to me about how CE runs a company.
