The correct way to develop a resource is to communicate effectively about what assets you have and create a corporate environment that encourages investment at all levels, including retail and higher wealth investors in your undeveloped assets at ever higher and higher prices so that once you get to the stage of building the infrastructure to begin producing your company is well capitalised to either explore further, make acquisitions, pay dividends, buy back shares, or pay down debt. Take your pick at those 5 examples. It simply doesn't matter that it takes 23 years to get into production. Using that logic it takes 23 years for a copper company to be capitalised sufficiently to go into production. So does that mean for HCH to be valued at 1 years earnings we have to wait another 9 years and be in production?
