Well none of us long term holders should be surprised. In fact, we should expect nothing else but this sort of communication as it has always been the case.
The real kicker will be if the PFS is delayed again and that they need to CR again to complete it. Such an announcement would even swing the hardline supporters like super-goose(@supermanjustice) and no-nuts (@Bluegumnuts) back to reality.
