Announce it to actually attract some interest by either of these so called bigger players, or the wider market in general. He is flying around the world trying to get people to buy in, but the one thing that would defintely get people interested (apart from good drill results) would be a big insto (or company) interested in HCH and making an offer (even if rejected, know he has support of top 20 supposedly and would get knocked back at least it would create a floor for the SP) he won't do, whats the risk? It might actually put some pressure on some of the bigger players to step up and create competitive friction for the asset. Make it make sense!
The market for HCH shares is abysmal must be near all time lows, not sure what we are worth in the old money.
