I continue to be exasperated by the illogic of the market. CE gets heaps of criticism, and he may not be a mercurial personality like Triggy, but he has methodically and strategically put together the pieces of what is close to becoming a Teir 1 assett. Moreover, he has crossed his t's and dotted his I's by addressing things like water and easment rights early on in the process. He and his team have done the hard yards of building relationships over more than a decade, which has made consolidation a reality. I challenge other HC members to clearly articulate how CE can be held responsible for the abysmal SP performance? In my books, CE has developed a compelling vision that is slowly but surely becoming a reality. I am as frustrated as others that the project has not been valued by the market in the way that I believe it should. However, I do believe that we may not be far off a significant re-rating if LV continues to deliver drill results of the quality and scale that we have seen so far. I continue to believe that HCH is a compelling investment and am very pleased to see CE continuing to provide leadership.
