We are yetto aquire 100% of Cortadera, owing US $ 25mil. Full payment due 10 mil in July2021 & 15mil in July 2022. They have agreed to pay 2mil just for extension. That is hefty 13.3% added cost.

Long term SPsupport comes only when all things are derisked. Only then big players show up.They do not put their finger unless all boxes tick. JORC, Cordadera payment etcetc. need to get through.

I amseriously invested in this as well. I have high conviction that HCH has thegoods to take the SP a lot further. But amount of time from here for seriousraise in SP to happen may be too optimistic in your calendar. SP may spike anddo all sorts. But serious and prolonged support is still some time off.
