The % and the numbers are less of the point.
The point is, as inline with old's post is that a royalty allowing the company to have the funding to get to FID, remove all the current doubt, allow drilling at LV time to progress off take for desal where if the numbers that have been presented are correct and the plan can be delivered is where the real money comes from for the equity to build CF
