100,000 Tpa for 20 years is more than enough to be able to attract serious funding. In addition - La Verde and other exploration has a decent possibility to take this to 150,000 Tpa with 30 year life - Huasco is a strategic infrastructure sharing project for the larger scale mines the majors looking to develop at higher altitudes. A reminder here that HCH also has a minority interest in the strategic port facility that needs to be developed for export
At the moment we have a debate if HCH can attract the financing or not. My bet is that it can owing to the global demand drivers. There are smaller projects with same range of capital cost that have been developed successfully.
