I take your points but will add that 20 years or 30 years of mine life doesn't materially change the NPV calculation, it's too far into the future to care about anyway so that's not something that matters too much. No one will mind resource expansion as the project moves along, but it's not really moving, it just has a faint pulse. The PFS caused some puking, is salvageable though under the right conditions (or with the apparently controversial HG starter pit).
The water asset appears challenging right now for CE for unexplained reasons. The townships of Huasco and Freirina are so close to the pipeline and fit in the stage 1 permit, yet we do not even have a non-binding MOU with either of them. Why on earth not? How can you be called Huasco Water with a magical permit in hand and not get any non-binding MOU or LOI? or even the township of Vallenar? or any businesses, industrial or similar users near those townships? I note Agrosuper and Nutram are not stage 1 users (and nutram would be so tiny it's immaterial to the business case).
I also look to the investor presentation deck and see laziness with the roadmap, just a mention of further LV drilling and exec changes, nothing beyond this. Just so afraid to actually put a plan down on paper for say the next 18 months and be measured on it.
