There is hardly any resistance here until $1 - Good to see HCH is finally starting to move in the direction it should.
Agree that CE is a seemingly unfriendly and prickly type of character. Nothing, however, take away the fact that at todays price this project is looking very attractive.
A bigger company like BHP/Glencore or even a mid-size player like Capstone/Teck could acquire this asset for a song and spend another 6 months to scale this up to 200Ktpa cueq - That is a very meaningful scale - c.$2B revenue per annum and almost a $1B of cash margin per annum.
