Yes, Investors acquisitions are not going to pay a zac until its full ownership, not risk a technicality or renig of freehold which would would be all part of formalities and all to suit the buy-in. It's not a matter of settling ownership using current or raised funds before anyone shows a strong interest it will happen hand in hand.
