HCH is way undervalued based on my, back of the beer coaster, ultra conservative and careful assumptions. For example I have allocated ~$1.15 Billion is sustaining capex over the project which is more than enough to expand and upgrade the initial processing plant, further resource expansion drilling, and project closure.
HCH should have a market cap of a few hundred million right now. However, like I said, I am a bit concerned that we might get taken over for a few hundred million and we won't even have a say.
I hope MB and CE find a business partner or a financing arrangement ASAP, then I will be reassured that HCH wants to actually be a producer rather than an explorer/developer.
