so at 1.8% grade, that will require about 50 tonnes of ore for 1 tonne of copper. so we are getting paid USD$100 per tonne in ground value, plus the upside of the royalties. Argonaut recently only ascribed $25 per tonne in ground value for Productora, so we are substantially above those estimates with this deal, with scope to grow tonnage substantially and the upside of growth in prices.
