There is massive congestion on the chart at the 4 to 4.5 cent range going back over the past six months (ie, a lot of volume has been traded in this price range over that time) so who knows what is on the mind of sellers. Some may have been waiting to get out at break-even. The gap up yesterday might also be a factor in people deciding if they have been looking for a short term recovery.
My eyes are more attracted to the copper chart. It is the first chart I checked when I woke up this morning.
