Exactly what I was about to say. Talked Productora up relentlessly. Truth is that if Productora ended up as big as it was talked up then the the copper price would never have been an issue. When it looked like it wasn't going to big enough we got Alice as a carrot and a few others I can't remember. The only difference now is that with Cortedera and Productora we are at nearly 3/4 of the way to tier one so we don't need to talk up CN or SZ.
Unfortunately when you hype things up so much you are destined to disappoint because the market expects too much.
