I shared your points, although I wouldn't reference the Australian ASX as a school teacher, more of the state educational board.

As discussed on this forum many, many times and pointed out by almost everyone, these manipulative actions have been with us for quite awhile.

I realise there are gray areas as the article below outlines and to investment for the longterm, which I do.

Yet, each morning for weeks on weeks, the same song on the radio, does wear you down.

HCH stayed at 0.036 levels from Dec 2016 to June 2018, only to fall to 0.01 levels in Jan 2019, work its way back to 0.04 Jan 2020, get hit by COVID "effect" in Mar 2020, back to 0.012, break out of the clouds to push 0.055 last Oct, only to retreat to current levels.

I continue to top-up weekly at these prices!
