Maybe some if this sell down probably relates to the proposed mining taxes currently being debated in the Chilean parliament.

It looks a bit like the old "Super Profits" tax that Aust. tried to pull off a few years back...
It's worth noting that its not a done deal yet though. I am holding on tight for now!
