The funds raised will be applied to: ▪ Stage 3 final payment of US$15.0m (~A$20.0m) payment of the SCMCarola Option Agreement, for the acquisition of a 100% interest in theCortadera Project; ▪ Continuation of 40,000 metres of diamond and RC drilling for Cortadera resource expansion drilling;o Growth targets within the Cortadera discovery zone;o Resource definition drilling of nearby high grade satellite deposits;o Exploration drilling at the Cortadera North and Santiago ZProspects; ando Other priority targets within a 20km radius of Cortadera. ▪ Delivery of an updated mineral resource at Cortadera and maidenresources at the San Antonio and Valentina deposits;▪ Completion of a Pre-feasibility Study for the Costa Fuego project inSeptember 2022; and ▪ General working capital.
