Toast,
It is someone methodically either Pip Trading or trying to bring the SP down.
As soon as the news came out...... They loaded 6 rows of low selling prices and a few minutes later they loaded 6 rows of buying but at 5 to 10 cents lower.......They since have done it again at even lower prices.
