Since today is so quiet I try to read this tread from page 1. Now I understand why CE only participated what he entitled to in the recent CR (small amount) and not buying on market as some holders claimed.
CE Actually had been buying on market and participated placement since 20c all the way down to 1c for many years. But MB just never stop buying.
