Having $30-$50 billion in ground value is not a speccy for $100m company. Just because a company is 4 cents doesn’t make it a speccy. Just means it’s overlooked. You should never base your decisions on the stock price as to whether it’s speculative or not. Plenty of big “blue chips” have gone belly up over the last 20 years. Risk is all relative
