To try and get this thread back on track - when you say $30-50 billion in ground value, is that not mostly speculation at this stage (and hence why we are waiting for the MRE)? I know we are hoping for various high-end result targets, but not sure if there has been confirmation beforehand of the in-ground value that HCH has on hand...so is that your assumption of the in ground value?
Also, not to be "that guy" but you do have as your sign off "speccies held" and listed HCH.
