A friendly question @ironoreman do you now agree that an IRR of 21% (8% discount) and at $3.80lb this is attractive to many?
Given that the next 30 kilometres of drilling will undoubtedly uncover further resource elsewhere and supportive IGV for the large pit recovery at Cortadera.
The PFS will be heading off at IRR >30% by the time it goes to print and on the back of escalating cu and ag.
We just need communication (yawn) from the boss to escalate in a similar manner.
