I think partly because HCH have been at it for 15 years and still pushing the goalposts back.
There is zero urgency to buy into this stock, while the other junior explorers trade on excitement of discovery etc.
Would help if we had better communication of drill program, and throwing 3-5 drills at it to get it smashed out IMO.
Personally I have almost no feel for what is happening with exploration in the ground at the moment, except for the general feeling that not all that much is progressing.
