HCH is far from a sitting duck. Rather it's a beautiful Black Copper Swan, just waiting to hatch. Compulsory acquisition requires 90% control. Multiple blocking stakes with greater than 10% control are in place. They have ZERO intention of entertaining a premature, hostile, back door, low ball bid. Why ? Simply because they know what HCH is worth and it has nothing to do with the current share price. When and only when the project is de-risked will the front door be open and then only by friendly invitation. Please have some respect for CE the BOD and major shareholders who know exactly how to hatch a rare and valuable Black Copper Swan.
