To be honest, I don't think I've ever recovered from the 2 sequential Lease Mining announcements, one of which boasted a large increase in allowable ore extraction, but resulting in zilch happening.
It does not build confidence in the other irons ever being made use of.
Of course I'm happy to be proven wrong- on paper, the whole port and water business ideas look great.
