A target is something to aim for. It is achievable but not getting there is not an end in itself. On the other hand a target which is attained by fudging the figures or creative accounting is FRAUD. Somewhere the current government is apparently heading.
The government said mediscare was a lie. I don't believe anything this goverment says because what they say is not what they believe. Medicare will always be on the adgenda. Next line of attack will be we can't afford Medicare unless we put the tax up. Bet they are hell bent on the GST as well.
Better watch out with the thread heading as some 32,000+ poster is likely to be on the scene shortly attacking the legitimacy. I would argue the BS had plenty ideas. Just worried whose fist is in the shot. Still the heading will be safe from the right wing uninformed legion short term.
