Not long ago I took note of what was highlighted on the third paragraph on the company's updated website re TSI's bill payment business...
"TSI India has expanded into payment solutions for utilities, telcos and insurance companies. The payment solutions enable users to make cash, cheque or card payments using kiosk terminals, mobile phones or tablets."

Which we have known about for a while. What is a new feature however, is that these bills (I'm assuming they're bills) are now able to be paid via mobile and tablet (prior to this it was only at Kiosks) using cash, check and card payments. I'm now wondering, is the mobile payment solution/feature through tie ups with Telco's that have their own apps or is it through the Indian UPI app or BHIM app connected to banks or a potential combination of all?
