You have to realise that this is a political stunt somewhat .
Bill is so unpopular and he is fighting to even get noticed . So , he picks a controversial topic ( that the govt is already looking at ) in the hope that he gets invited into the conversation .
A bit pathetic I reckon .
I wonder if he is going to remove negative gearing on other forms of investments i.e. margin loans ?
