Pulling the pin on NG isn't a solution to anything. The solutionyou should consider is to reduce income tax. If you reduce income tax you remove investors ability to claim property losses against their income tax. I'm not even for NG I don't NG any Property. If removed it would (my thinking could be wrong) help me to raise rents and get me into a situation of financial freedom very quickly. But removing it would may have the other effect of probably crashing the economy, (then I'd depending on what's what have to wait to raise rent anyway) If the economy did crash It would only leave people who don't need NG such as myself the only ones able to still borrow money to buy property. I think people who make their beds should lay in them but even for me the consequence that others will suffer from removing NG are too much. Getting better paying jobs is the solution into property for most of the complainers.
