Deborah Beale, former wife of Bill Shorten was on the MFS/OCTAVIAR board from Jan 2007 to Feb 2008. It was during this time that the shite really hit the fan and millions of $ were allegedly misappropriated and some dodgy documents were cleverly created. No one as yet has been held accountable to my knowledge.
