Bill Shorten denied today that he had given $5,000 to Marco Belano's election fund while he was a Minister in the Rudd Government. In Belano's evidence today at the RC he said surprised that Shorten had done this as he was a supporter of Belano's opposition.
Shorten also refutes Kernohan's statement that Shorten told him not to blow the whistle on Wilson because of what it would do to Kernohan's career.
