3 inefficient The public service is sick of emails, it just slows things down. It takes up to 1 hour to deal with issues via email and 3 min at a counter.
4 security breach Online services are a security risk to personal details.
5 government collapse Online services are a soverighn risk to national security. The one stop shop approach and online processing would allow one person to totally destroy a country at the touch of a button. It could stop all industries linked to the system.

About 20 years ago I was in the Mining Registrar's office in Coolgardie and there was a relieving registrar on the job.

The place was full of customers and I was the last one in.

When he came to deal with me he said, and I kid you not. "I would be able to do my job so much better if I didn't have to deal with the public"!
