Time to reopen after the Higgins Lehrmann saga?
If the story that Brittany Higgins tells can be enthusiastically accepted, then almost any story can be. I am very wary of the "trauma informed" analysis, which BH says was evident in Justice Lee's judgement. It is an approach which leads to nonsense like Alice Sebold's book Lucky, and the imprisonment of an innocent man.
