Well it seems at this very moment that Shortens 2019 Elections Policies are pretty thin!
The only Policy that I'm aware of is his plan to roll back Negative gearing, & we all know from the Hawke & Keating mid 1980's experiment where rents ended upppppp so high in fact Keating had to do a quick policy back flip.
Vacancy rates fell very low and rents shot up. By September 1987 - just over two years later - Mr Keating was forced to admit his error and restore previous policy.
