re: lots of info for u I agree fully, earnings guidance is the last peice of the puzzle. It may be that the management like to startle the market, they have done so before.

Note than in my opinion QTK have a much better system on all fronts.
I have said before that Large Multi-National will be looking at QTK.
Ituran will be looking at QTK as QTK can eat right into their own expansion.
QTK costs are lower, who will win out?
Why did QTK get nearly $1 Billion AUD worth of contracts just from China, Why did they win?
Whats South Africa worth? There is a much higher crime rate for car jacking and burgs so it may be worth $250 Million.
News will drive the stock price and news just has to come.
