re: lots of info for u Bill, in relation to why QTK won the China contract over Ituran, it should be noted that politics play a large part in this, not only technology. It would be very sensitive indeed for a Chinese government to be deploying security technology made by an Israeli company.
It is a real risk for CAH to have gone with a lower capped company given the size of the contract & the expectations they have for delivery.
I do wonder whether they'll play tough if things start slipping any more than they have.
