    Some very shortsighted S/H round today going from the E/V from the TPG group
    =1.48billion(i.e including the debt)

    Now we have 480mill shares @ 1.03 =494mill + 100mill debt =594mill

    has BBG done that poorly over the last 150days to be worth 891mill less than the offer Gordan turned down ????
