You do know that the state governments don't pay very much for billeting (er placing) troubled children... Usually from the CPA... Due to the current AU Gillard/Greens coalition policies which are leading to mass illegal immigration, it may very well be a new policy of Julia to have a paid community supervision role just like they do via the child protection agencies of today... Scariest thing though, it probably won't even be her choice...
