    A major Australian expansion is being considered by Malaysian-based e-pay Asia.This comes as local group BillExpress's stock remains in a trading haltbecause of a dispute with Singtel Optus. Opportunities for the prepaymentsoftware and mobile telephone recharge group include catering for Australiannewsagents who are facing uncertainty regarding mobile telephone rechargefacilities, after Optus said it would withdraw from the BillExpress network.Shares in e-pay traded in Australia have risen by 7.27% so fair in 2008 andclosed at $A0.059 on 29 May 2008
