USA(55%)+Canada(20%) possess 75% of world helium resource.
Helium is a strategic resource, price is always 100*natural gas price, China needs to import 95% of its consumption and USA restricts the usage of Helium exported to China--no research purpose, so price is even not a problem.
SGC just needs to bid for the lease of tenements in Canada as first step.
